I like this case because it is easy to touch the screen and you are able to touch the home and sleep wake button. It looks cool too and is also very protective if you drop it. It came with a screen protector also but i think it is hard to apply but thats just my opinion. The back is almost like the back of a remote control for your television, it is very grippe and i like it. I think this is a good product and is worth 20.00$. If you want a good looking case with protective covering, this is a good one to get.
Money Well Spent

Well, it was a long wait. I imagine there was some delay for quality improvements, since the case is subtly different from the picture above. The window is a bit smaller, covering as much of the Touch as possible. This makes the Home Button a bit tricky to reach, but a bit of practice fixes that. The Sleep Button is buried fairly deep now, and it takes real effort to push it, but that may actually be a positive - Im not sure yet.
The case fastens tightly and, aside from a tiny squeak when you push on it, it seems sturdy and protective. The plastic sheet for the screen went on like a dream - best Ive ever seen. No bubbles, no retries, perfectly cut to the exact size. The screen cover may actually justify a good chunk of the price of this case.
The reason I bought this particular case was the black rubberized coating on the back. This isnt as thick a rubber as I envisioned, but it is a big improvement over the naked iPod. For me, it was just a bit disconcerting to have such a thin, smooth, expensive object in my clumsy hands. I was often vaguely concerned that it might slip out of my fingers like a wet bar of soap, and launch itself under an approaching steam roller, or something similar. Anyway, the rubber backing, plus the dramatic increase in thickness the case provides, makes it feel much more secure.
The price seems high at first glance. Its a simple product, and the silver parts are just short of a uniform silver color. It can feel a little cheap at first. But the engineering is almost flawless, and every bit of my shiny iPod is covered well. Everything plugs in perfectly, and the case is confidently secure. It feels good in my hand, and I feel much better putting my Touch in my shirt pocket with my mechanical pencils rubbing up against it.
This product will protect your iPod in a simple, straightforward way. It will make your iPod about half an inch thick, and give it some traction for your fingers. Its a little bit shiny, and very well engineered. It is almost too expensive, but it will get the job done, and look presentable while its working.
Money well spent.
What a rip!!!

I think there is a little advantage taking going on. $25.00 for $.25 worth of product Maybe $5 and they still make a profit.
WASTE OF MONEY

This product is a total waste of money! I cant believe I waited two months for it to come out and that I paid $24.95 for it! the only reason I gave it one star is for the protective screen that comes with it b/c its easy to apply. Do not buy this item unless you have $25 to throw away - there are other plastic protectors out there that are much cheaper and look just as good. Griffin dropped the ball with this one.
